Between 08:00–09:00 AM, your driver-guide greets you at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport with chilled mineral water and transfers you to your Arusha lodge. At 09:30 AM, check-in and enjoy leisure time—relax by the pool or explore the gardens. At 05:30 PM, enjoy light snacks and soft drinks during a sundowner preview of your safari. Dinner is on your own at 07:00 PM in the lodge restaurant, followed by an overnight stay at Arusha lodge.

Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire NP
At 06:30 AM, sunrise tea is delivered to your room. After a 07:00 AM breakfast buffet, depart Arusha at 08:00 AM with bottled water and boxed lunches. From 10:30 AM to 01:00 PM, enjoy a game drive among baobabs, spotting elephants, lions, zebras, and birds. Lunch is from 01:00–02:00 PM under acacia trees. From 02:00–04:30 PM, explore more of the park with a 15-minute ecology talk. Arrive at your camp at 05:30 PM to a cold-towel welcome, followed by tea and snacks at 06:30 PM, and a three-course dinner at 07:30 PM. Overnight at Tarangire camp.

Day 2: Tarangire - Ngorongoro Crater
Begin with sunrise tea and a briefing at 06:30 AM, followed by breakfast at 07:00 AM and departure for Ngorongoro at the same time. Arrive at the crater rim by 10:00 AM and descend for a game drive until 12:30 PM. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake from 12:30–01:30 PM. From 01:30–03:00 PM, ascend and drive to Serengeti, arriving for a game drive from 03:00–05:30 PM. Check into camp at 06:00 PM with a welcome drink and cold towel, followed by a bush sundowner on a kopje at 06:30 PM and dinner under the stars at 07:30 PM. Overnight at Serengeti camp.

Day 3: Full-day Serengeti game drives
Wake-up tea is served at 06:00 AM, with a safari from 06:30–10:00 AM focusing on big cats and migrating herds. At 10:00 AM, enjoy a short migration talk, followed by tea and pastries until 11:00 AM. Continue on a scenic drive to “Hatari” sites and croc pools until 01:00 PM. Picnic lunch is from 01:00–02:00 PM, followed by more wildlife viewing from 02:00–04:30 PM. Return to camp by 05:00 PM for a debrief, and enjoy dinner at 07:00 PM with optional stargazing. Overnight at Serengeti camp.

Day 4: Serengeti - Ndutu Plains via Ngorongoro Area
Enjoy wake-up tea at 06:00 AM, then a morning drive tracking herds to Ndutu from 06:30–10:00 AM. Stop for an ecology briefing at 10:00 AM, followed by coffee and biscuits until 11:00 AM. Continue your drive, visiting soda springs and flamingos until 01:00 PM. Picnic lunch is from 01:00–02:00 PM. From 02:00–05:00 PM, enjoy a calving drive to see newborns and predators. Arrive at Ndutu camp by 05:30 PM, enjoy tea and snacks at 06:30 PM, and a farm-to-table dinner at 07:30 PM. Overnight at Ndutu camp.

Day 5 - 6 : Ndutu Plains
Both days start with sunrise tea and a predator-prey talk at 06:30 AM. From 07:00–10:00 AM, observe calving scenes with lionesses, cheetahs, and hyenas. A conservation chat is held at 10:00 AM, followed by a refreshment break until 11:00 AM. Safari continues to soda springs to see hippos and birds until 01:00 PM, with a picnic lunch lakeside from 01:00–02:00 PM. Enjoy more game viewing in the afternoon until 05:00 PM, then return to camp by 05:30 PM. Dinner is served under lantern light at 07:30 PM. Overnight at Ndutu camp.

Day 7: Ndutu - Arusha
Have breakfast at 07:00 AM, then depart at 08:00 AM for Arusha (≈200 km, ~4 hours) with wildlife stops and boxed lunch en route. Enjoy a picnic lunch roadside from 12:00–01:00 PM. A final game drive leads to your Arusha lodge with a 03:00 PM check-in and free afternoon. Dinner is on your own in the evening. Overnight at Arusha lodge.

Day 8: Fly Arusha - Zanzibar - transfer to beach resort
Enjoy breakfast and check out between 07:00–08:00 AM. Transfer to the airport from 08:00–09:00 AM (≈45 km/50 min) for a 10:00–11:00 AM flight to Zanzibar. After a 45-minute transfer from 11:00–11:45 AM, arrive at your resort. Spend the afternoon (12:00–05:00 PM) at leisure by the pool or beach. At 05:00 PM, enjoy sundowner cocktails, followed by dinner at 07:00 PM. Overnight at Zanzibar resort.

Day 11: Stone Town walking tour & Spice Farm excursion - return to resort
After a 07:30 AM breakfast, transfer to Stone Town at 08:30 AM. From 09:00–11:30 AM, tour UNESCO sites and markets. Continue to a spice farm for a tasting and lunch until 02:00 PM, then return to the resort by 02:45 PM. Enjoy your final sundowner at 05:00 PM and a farewell dinner at 07:00 PM. Overnight at Zanzibar resort.
