- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in your booking invoice.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the safari, typically 30 days before departure unless stated otherwise.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or through a secure online payment gateway.
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified and are subject to change due to factors like park fee increases or currency fluctuations.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- More than 60 days before departure: 90% refund
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
- No refunds will be given for unused services or early departures.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal belongings, and evacuation.
Blazing Africa Safari is not liable for any loss, injury, or delay due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
5. Health & Safety
- Clients must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or disabilities that may affect the tour.
- We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone whose behavior endangers others or violates park or camp rules.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Blazing Africa Safari acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and park authorities. We are not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party services or acts of nature.
Participation in a safari inherently involves risks — including wild animal encounters and travel in remote areas. By booking with us, you accept these risks.
