Arrival: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your private safari driver-guide with chilled mineral water. Enjoy a scenic transfer to your Arusha lodge nestled at the base of Mount Meru. Check in, relax, and prepare for the adventure ahead. Dinner is on your own arrangement.

Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha at 8:00 AM toward Tarangire National Park. Famous for its vast elephant population and ancient baobab trees, Tarangire offers rich game viewing opportunities. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives with a picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, head to the Ngorongoro highlands for overnight.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive – Serengeti

Begin your day early with breakfast, followed by a descent into the Ngorongoro Crater – often called Africa’s Eden. Witness an incredible concentration of wildlife including rhinos, lions, zebras, and flamingos. After a picnic lunch by the hippo pool, ascend the crater and proceed toward the Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate, enjoying game viewing en route to your camp.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari – Central Serengeti

Today, enjoy a full day exploring the Central Serengeti, home to the Seronera River Valley, rich with wildlife year-round. Focus on big cats, elephant herds, giraffes, and diverse bird species. A picnic lunch will be served at a shaded spot in the bush before continuing your adventure.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ndutu Plains (Southern Serengeti)

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive en route to the southern Serengeti region of Ndutu. This area is renowned for the calving season of the Great Migration (Dec–Mar) and hosts predators in abundance. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive across the acacia woodland and open plains.

Day 5: Full-Day Game Drive – Ndutu Plains

Spend the day on extended game drives through the Ndutu ecosystem, which straddles both Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Areas. Depending on the season, expect to witness wildebeest calving, hunting predators, and rich birdlife.
