Detailed Itinerary
Touch down at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your private driver-guide will warmly welcome you. Enjoy a scenic one-hour transfer through rolling farmlands and coffee estates to your Arusha accommodation. Unwind, refresh, and settle in—your adventure begins tomorrow.
After breakfast, set off on a 2.5-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its massive herds of elephants and dramatic landscapes filled with baobab trees, Tarangire delivers a rich safari experience. After a picnic lunch in the park, enjoy an afternoon game drive before heading to your lodge near Lake Manyara.
Spend the day exploring the biodiverse Lake Manyara National Park. Spot tree-climbing lions, flocks of flamingos, and troops of baboons under lush forest canopies. After a relaxed picnic lunch near the lakeshore, return to your lodge for a sunset dinner overlooking the Rift Valley.
After an early breakfast, travel through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Highlands, with an optional stop at the crater viewpoint. Continue toward the endless plains of the Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate, arriving in time for your first game drive across the central Serengeti’s iconic savannah.
Rise early for a full-day safari through the rich ecosystems of the Central Serengeti. Encounter prides of lions, herds of buffalo, and, if lucky, the elusive leopard. Break for a bush picnic before continuing your journey through the golden plains.
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed drive back to Arusha with stops to stretch and absorb the last views of the northern safari circuit. Return to your familiar lodge to rest and prepare for your flight to the coast the next morning.
Fly from Arusha to Zanzibar (domestic flight included). Upon arrival, transfer to your beach resort on the tranquil east coast. Spend the afternoon relaxing by turquoise waters or exploring the shoreline.
Spend your days however you wish—soak in the sun, swim in the Indian Ocean, or book optional activities such as a snorkeling trip to Mnemba Atoll, a dhow cruise at sunset, or a forest hike in Jozani. Evenings bring oceanfront dinners and cocktails under the stars.
Explore Zanzibar’s rich cultural heritage. Start the day with a walking tour through Stone Town’s winding alleys, historical markets, and coral-stone architecture. Then visit a spice farm to learn about Zanzibar’s famed spices with tasting included. Return to the resort for one last seaside evening.
Enjoy a leisurely morning with breakfast and check-out by 11:00. At 11:00, transfer from the resort to Zanzibar Airport, a 45-minute drive. Packed breakfast is available for early departures.
